What materials are Urbangrip cases made from? 

Our cases are made from hybrid TPU & PC material providing a mix of hard plastic and soft silicone.

How protective are your cases? 

Our cases feature the most important protective features, while providing minimal bulk. Each case has a 1 - 1.5mm raised front lip for screen protection and fully covered bumpers with shock absorbing technology.

My item was damaged upon delivery. What do I do?

If your item has arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of the item's arrival for a resolution.

Do you accept returns?

We are a customer-first company, and we strive to provide the best quality products with a seamless experience for you. Still, sometimes things happen, so if there's anything wrong with the item you have received, we will do our best to fix it and be satisfied.

Exchange, Return, and Refund Policy

At Urbangrip, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward and customer-friendly exchange and return policy. Please read the following details carefully to understand our policies and procedures.

1. Eligibility for Exchange and Return

• Return and Exchange Window: You have 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. After this period, we will not be able to accept any returns or exchanges.
• Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing packaging will not be eligible for return or exchange.
• Receipt or Proof of Purchase: To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ensure you keep this documentation until you are completely satisfied with your order.

2. Exchange Policy

• Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for an exchange of the item at no additional cost to you. In cases where the exact item is unavailable, we will offer a similar product of equal value or provide store credit.
• Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will promptly correct the mistake by exchanging the item for the correct one or offering store credit.
• Size or Color Exchange: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will gladly exchange the item, provided the requested size or color is available. Please note that the customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with this exchange.

3. Return Policy

• Return Process: If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of delivery to initiate the return process. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
• Refunds on Returns: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Approved returns will receive store credit for the amount of the original purchase, which can be used on future purchases. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds on returned items.

4. Sale Items

• No Refunds on Sale Items: Please note that items purchased during a sale or promotional event are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund. However, if the item is defective or damaged, we will offer an exchange or store credit as outlined in our exchange policy.

5. Return Shipping Costs

• Customer Responsibility: For all returns and exchanges (except in cases of defective or incorrect items), the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs. 7. Non-Returnable Items

• For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as earphones, screen protectors, and similar accessories are non-returnable unless defective.
