WE OFFER 3-DAY REFUND / EXCHANGE / RETURN ON ALL PRODUCTS!

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, please raise a return or exchange request within 3 days of delivery.

📦 IMPORTANT CONDITIONS FOR RETURN / EXCHANGE

  • Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
  • Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Products must be returned in unused, original condition, with original packaging and invoice.
  • A reverse pickup will be arranged within 1–2 business days of approval.
  • Please ensure that the return pickup is completed in one attempt. If the pickup fails due to customer unavailability, the customer must either self-ship or pay to reschedule the pickup.

📌 NOTE: Only return/exchange the items for which you placed a request. Any additional item will be sent back to you.


💸 REFUND POLICY

  • Refunds are issued within 48–72 hours after quality check clearance at our warehouse.
  • Refunds are processed only via bank transfer. We’ll ask for your bank details for the same.
  • COD orders will be refunded after deducting COD charges.
  • Orders paid through store credit are not eligible for refund.

🔁 EXCHANGE & REPLACEMENT POLICY

  • For exchanges, email us your order details, product images, and a copy of the invoice.
  • Once the product is picked up, we’ll ship your replacement within 3–5 working days.
  • We do not offer exchanges or replacements for products purchased under:
    • Buy 1 Get 1 Free offers
    • Clearance sales or special discounts
    • Store credit-based orders

🛑 NO REFUNDS / EXCHANGES IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

  • Wrong product/model ordered by the customer
  • Items purchased under BOGO or SALE
  • Products priced ₹599 or below
  • Requests made after 3-day return window
  • No unboxing video proof for missing/damaged items
  • Opened/used items or items not returned in original condition

🛡️ DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

All our products go through strict quality checks and careful packaging, but if something arrives damaged or is missing:

  • Please record an unboxing video from the moment you open the package.
  • Contact us within 48 hours with the video and order details.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement shipment within 24 hours after verification.

🚫 ORDER CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION

  • If the order is already shipped, we cannot cancel or modify it.
  • Once delivered, you can request an exchange within the 3-day window.
